TICKET WILL BE KEPT OPEN TILL 1 MONTH FOR CLIENT'S FEEDBACK


As per company rules, tickets once opened by our clients or us (on behalf of clients), will be attended by our TEAM I-MAXX, once the complain is troubleshooted and party wants us to wait for closing the Ticket for certain reason will be closed within one month if is no feedback is received from party.
